This week, the Rocky Mountain High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) released it’s fourth report in a series dating back to 2012 called Legalization of Marijuana in Colorado: The Impact. The latest report is brief in comparison to some of it’s predecessors but contains some updated statistical information in areas such as impaired driving, adult vs. youth use rates, hospital-related admissions, and diversion to other states.
