Israel Negrete-Moreno failed to appear in court for sentencing on 1/4/16 in connection to his involvement with a drive-by shooting that occurred in Yuma on 6/13/15. His current whereabouts are unknown.
Negrete-Morneo has an extensive criminal history in Colorado, Kansas and Idaho. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Please call 911 immediately if you witness him.
